The SABA Lobsterfest Is Back!

Lobsterfest, the annual shellfish shindig at SABA, is back from Thursday 18th until Sunday 28th September. Diners can enjoy exquisite lobster fresh from the waters of Inisboffin or freshly shucked Carlingford Lough oysters to sip, slurp and sup!

The specially prepared menu is sure to please all half shelled and lobster hedonists. Make a reservation today and get your claws into the delicious lobster inspired specials including Seared Lobster Tail with pink grapefruit, roasted shredded coconut, ginger, shallots and birds eye chilli served on betel leaves (€14.95) and Baked Roaring Bay Mussels with Thai herbs, galangal, holy basil and chilli (€12.00).

To wash down these tasty delights we have matched a delicious cocktail, wine and beer with each dish. For the Lobster Carpaccio, SABA recommends a Mango and Cucumber Gimlet (€9.95), Chang Beer (€5.50) or Pinot Blanc, Les Princes Abbes Organic (€9.50) while a French Kiss cocktail (€10.95) or glass of Muscadet, Caves de Nantaise (€7.10), is recommended to wash down Hoi Nang Rom Sod (1/2 Dozen Fresh Oysters).
