Pear and Fig Sour Cocktail Recipe

We’re all getting very excited while preparing for the Christmas season in Saba. What is one of our favourite things about Christmas? The Saba cocktails!!!

Here is a delicious recipe for you to try in preparation for the festive season.

Ingredients:

40ml Absolut pear,

20ml fig syrup,

20ml lemon juice,

2 drops of plum bitters,

1/2 egg white.

Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender, add ice then blend until you get a smooth texture.

Garnish with a few pear slices.
