Discover the secrets behind crafting exotic classic and Thai-inspired cocktails from the comfort of our stylish venue. Our Cocktail Masterclasses offer an unforgettable experience, perfect for both beginners and cocktail enthusiasts.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and introduced to your mixologist. Marco will guide you through the process, sharing insider tips and techniques. You’ll gain hands-on experience in mixing, shaking, and garnishing, ensuring you master the art of cocktail creation. To complement your crafted cocktails, sharing platters of Saba’s Sabatizers will be served to complete the experience.

We returned to try Saba again as we were shopping at Kildare Village. Six of us had an awesome meal again. I recommend booking in advance. There is plenty of safe parking and great accessibility. Wheelchair access is also good. Due to its size and popularity the vibe is great. The service is very professional and quick. All round just an awesome place to enjoy a great meal.
