I have been a part of Saba for 18 years and have watched Saba and Saba To Go grow and evolve into the brand that it is today. I have a special connection to Saba and consider the company and the team my family. We stay true to our Thai roots while bringing in some of the influences from our Irish customers to make the Saba dishes what they are and what our customers have come to love. Myself and my team of chefs have created a beautiful marriage of culinary delights for our customers to experience and enjoy daily in Saba or Saba To Go.

We have worked with various nutritionists to ensure all our dishes have been reviewed and improvements made to make them healthier for customers. Our menu highlights the calorie content and Marcos in each dish, so we can help guide customers on how best to fuel their bodies aligned with their dietary requirements and lifestyle. Saba caters for all dietary requirements from gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Our servers can guide you through our menu to ensure there is something for everyone.

Behind the scenes, our in-house sommelier meticulously oversees the selection, guaranteeing that only the finest wines, both in quality and affinity with our cuisine, grace our list. Our servers are on hand to help with your selection and recommend wines to suit your meal.
We have converted the front of Saba Baggot Street into the Saba Bottle Shop which has a wide array of phenomenal wines from around the world where customers can get expert advice on wine preferences and pairings.

Our cocktail menu has been crafted by our award-winning mixologists, and has won Saba numerous awards, including ‘Best Cocktail Experience in Ireland’ and ‘Best Cocktail Bar.’ Our commitment to excellence is further exemplified by winning prestigious titles like ‘Winning Cocktail’ in renowned cocktail competitions. Our mixologist Corinna recently competed in the ‘Hennessy My Way’ competition, securing the number 1 winner from Ireland and a position within the global top 10. Our menu changes seasonally with new exciting flavours that we know our customers will love.
