On March 29th and 30th, Saba will offer a specially curated Mother’s Day menu featuring vibrant, flavourful dishes inspired by the warmth and love of home-cooked meals.

Fresh Prawn Spring Rolls – Light and refreshing rice paper rolls filled with prawns, red cabbage, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and mint. Served with a rich peanut sauce. €14.95

Crispy Sea Bass with Tamarind Sauce – Golden-fried whole sea bass, crispy on the outside and tender inside, is topped with a flavourful tamarind sauce that perfectly balances sweet, tangy, and savoury notes. €28.95

Kod Oon (meaning "warm hug" in Thai)

To complement the meal, we prepared a special cocktail, Kod Oon (meaning "warm hug" in Thai). A heartwarming cocktail featuring Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, lime, coconut, Thai basil, chocolate bitters, jasmine, and ginger beer—just like a mother’s love: strong, nurturing, and full of warmth.
