There will be a special cocktail on arrival to get you in the mood and kick start your evening, followed by a sumptuous three-course menu featuring Carlingford Lough Oysters, Som Tam, Mieng Cam, Char-grilled Tuna Steak, Hake in Banana Leaf and all your favourite Saba dishes. This will all be washed down with a delicious bottle of wine between you and your Valentine.
