Patonga Breeze

Our recipe of the month is a delicious cocktail – Patonga Breeze. We understand that can be a lot of effort to make our recipe of the month, so alternatively, you can book a table in one of our Dublin City Centre restaurants and we will do all the hard work. Our cocktail hour runs from 12pm – 7pm daily in Saba, Clarendon Street and Upper Baggot Street.

Patonga Breeze

Ingredients

  • 40ml coconut rum

  • 20ml pineapple liqueur

  • 20ml mango puree

  • 10ml coconut puree

  • 20ml lime juice

  • 1 dash of scrappy’s firewater tincture

  • Coconut water

Method

  • In a Boston mixing glass, add the rum, liqueur, purees, lime juice and scrappy’s firewater tincture. Fill the mixing glass with ice and seal it with the Boston Shaker. Shake very well.
  • Pour the cocktail into your glass over crushed ice. Top up with coconut water.
  • Garnish with a slice of watermelon.
