This is the newest creation which will appear on our new cocktail list. It’s called the ‘Mango and Cucumber Gimlet’.
Recipe: ABSOLUT vodka, fresh mango, fresh cucumber, lime juice, honey and chilli syrup and Himalayan salt, served straight up in coupette.
Methodology: In a Boston glass; add mango and cucumber pieces, muddle to release juice from the fruits, add vodka, lime syrup and ice. Shake well.
To Finish: Fine strain cocktail into coupette, garnish with mango twist
