Reservation Policy
Reservations are highly recommended to ensure availability, however, we do accept walk-ins if available.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of €20.00 per person may be charged to your card to secure your reservation. The deposit amount may vary based on occasion, event or location and is payable at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your reservation.
By supplying your card details you are permitting us to make these charges at our discretion per our Terms & Conditions. Please be assured all credit cards are managed through our secure stripe payment system.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation policy is in place for all reservations. Any cancellations must be made within the outlined timeframe by email ONLY. Cancellations made outside of the cancellation policy will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit. This would also apply to a substantial drop in numbers, without prior notice.
Cancellation window:
- Parties of up to 4 – Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the reservation.
- Parties of up to 10 – Cancellations must be made within 10 days of the reservation.
- Parties of up to 20 – Cancellations must be made within 2 weeks of the reservation.
- Parties of 20 or more including exclusive venue hire must be made within 1 month of the reservation.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for a reservation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
Late Policy
The management reserves the right to cancel a booking if guests arrive later than 20 minutes after a confirmed reservation time. In this event, cancellation charges will apply.
Order Policy
Please appreciate that during our busiest times, incomplete parties cannot wait longer than 20 minutes to order.
Payment Policy
Upon payment, bills and payments can not be split between individuals during busy periods – this will be at the management’s discretion.
Communication Channels
Cancellations or changes to reservations can be made by contacting the restaurant directly. Cancellations and changes can not be made via social media.
Menu Changes and Specials
Our menus are subject to change, and we reserve the right to make substitutions or alterations based on ingredient availability and quality.
Gratuity Policy
A discretionary gratuity of 12.5% applies to parties of five or more.
Table Layout
Parties of greater than six may be seated at more than one table due to the layout of our restaurant.
